PTFE Coated Fabrics


We use the best imported fiberglass as the weaving material to plain knit or specially knit into superior fiberglass basic cloth, coat it with fine PTFE resin, then make it into various PTFE high-temperature resistant cloth in different thicknesses and widths.

Features Of PTFE Coated Fabrics

  • 1. Stable dimension, high intensity, elongation coefficient less than 5%.

    2. Good temperature resistance, 24-hour working temperature of –70ºC to 260ºC.

    3. Low coefficient of friction and dielectric constant, good insulating ability.

    4. Non-stick, easy-to-clean stains and adhesives on the surface.

    5. Good chemical resistance, resisting most chemical substances, including acids, alkalis and salt. It is also !reproof and long-lasting.

Application Of PTFE Coated Fabrics

• 9045TF uses the special Fiberglass Fabric coating PTFE on one side.

• 9065TF and 9090TF have Fiberglass Fabric coating PTFE on both sides, so it can be used for insulation jackets, pads and expansion joints.
Highly resistant temperature liners for microwaves, ovens, etc.

• Non-stick liners

• Various conveyor belts, fusing belts, sealing belts or anywhere needing resistance to high temperatures, requiring a non-stick surface or chemical resistance, etc.

• Covering or wrapping material in petroleum and/or chemical industries; used as wrapping material, insulating material, high-temperature-resistant material in electrical industries, desulfurizing material in power plants, etc.

Different grades of PTFE on fiberglass fabric are available:

  • 1. Common, Industrial Grade: good chemical and heat resistance – for industries where these properties are essential.

    2. Standard Grade: good chemical and heat resistance, with a smooth, shiny surface – better for use as a release liner, with paper, etc.

    3. Food-Contact Grade: good heat resistance, with a smooth, non-stick, shiny surface – easy to clean and safe for food contact.

    4. Anti-Static Grade: in addition to the properties of the other PTFE fabrics, such as chemical and heat resistance, etc., it has low conductivity, and can be useful in various applications.
