1.Techonologies
  • The company takes technological progress and innovation as the source and power for development. Recently, the capital more than 6% of sales volume has been invested into technological improvement, research and development, forming a product team of “planning a generation, storing a generation, researching and developing a generation and selling a generation”. The contribution rate is more than 30% by selling new products. Now, two national invention patents, more than 10 utility models, 5 Jiangsu high-tech technological products are reserved.
    The company has 10 technical employees at high and medium title in development department and 20 sets of test equipment, covering dipping test line, coating tester, multifunctional high shear-resistant emulsion equipment and sanding machine.
    Based on the principle of “independent innovation, combination with production and study, introduction, digest and absorption”, the company continuously enlarges the research and development team, as well as adheres to establish a partner relationship with universities and scientific research institute. Now, we have cooperated with East China University of Science and Technology, Nanjing University of Technology, Nanjing Fiberglass R&D Institute, Chenguang Research Institute and Zhejiang National Flurin Material Engineering Technical Center and so on.

    There is a gap between domestic fluorin composite material development and foreign development. Therefore, we take the largest advantage of domestic material consumption in the same field to cooperate with US DuPont and Japan Daikin, as an important window to know international situations and gain foreign advance technologies.

2.Equipments
  • “A workman must first sharpen his tools if he is to do his work well.” To produce top products is ensured by top equipment. The equipment is always introduced at domestic and even international most advanced level.The company has German Karl Mayer full automatic high speed warping machine (at 1000m per min) and Dornier wide rapier loom (breadth: 4.3m), which are rare in Asia.

    In order to improve dipping quality and efficiency, the company has cooperated with Italy famous design agency, domestic top professional equipment manufacturer to research the first set of national PLC control, high speed and precision dipping machine. The dipping speed is 10 times of the current one and the tensile strength is increased by more than 80%. Cleanness, tightness, abrasion resistance and evenness are largely improved and the quality is better than the same domestic product.

    Now, the company has 1 set of full automatic high speed warping machine, 4 sets of Dornier wide rapier looms, 10 dipping production lines and 2 coating production lines..
